He has worked in many fields of physiotherapy including care of the elderly, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and sports medicine. He completed his acupuncture training in 1997. Roy has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries and neurological rehabilitation.

"Being a physio is a wonderful job. I feel one of the most beneficial things I do is to explain a person's condition to them in clear simple terms, and advise them how to help themselves."

Rachel qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1987 from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham. Since qualifying, she has worked in a variety of settings both in the NHS and private practice, gaining experience and expertise in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports injuries in all age groups. She has a particular interest in the treatment of shoulder, neck and back pain.

She qualified in the use of acupuncture in 1995 and uses it regularly as part of treatment. Rachel keeps up-to-date with changes within clinical practise by regularly attending and organising relevant physiotherapy education courses.

"No one person or condition presented is ever the same, everyone is an individual and so I endeavour to tailor all my treatments to the needs of each individual I see."
